Use an Appropriate Residual PMD for the Acquisition

The figure below shows an example of a link having a low PMD measured

with bad PMD scale and high PMD resolution.

A better setting for this acquisition would have been a PMD scale of 6 ps

and a residual PMD value of 133 fs.
