Solving Common Problems
(...continued) The 3G USB
modem key is connected,
but you are not able to
access the Internet.
A problem occurred
during the installation of
the AirCard Watcher
application.
From ToolBox, select the
Tools tab, then tap
Control Panel.
Tap System, and then
select the Hardware
tab.
Tap the Device Manager
button.
If the 3G USB modem
key appears as an
“Unknown Device”,
remove the Sierra
AirCard Watcher
application with
Add/Remove Programs,
and then restart your
unit.
Return to the Device
Manager.
Select the USB modem
key form the list of
devices.
From the Action menu,
select Update Driver
and let Windows search
for the driver.
Once the installation is
complete, the USB modem
key should be working
properly.
