Pressing the front-panel LOCAL key causes an URQ
message (see Standard Status Data Structure on
page 179)
In GPIB, this state is not available when the device
has the RL2 capability (see the section on preparing
the hardware for GPIB control for details.)
Both the REMOTE and LOCK LEDs of the IQS
controller unit are lit
